Understanding Your Results
You don’t need any technical knowledge to manage your survey results. However, ease of use doesn’t mean we have sacrificed functions. For example, you can compare and contrast results, undertake a sub-sample analysis, prepare complex cross tabulated tables – all in just a few seconds. It’s unbeatable.

Quick selection of any survey question
When you are looking at your results you want to be able to get to different sections and questions with the minimum of fuss.SurveyFish uses a tree structure. Just click on the section and question you want to study and a graph will be displayed instantly.
It’s easy to move rapidly around your questionnaire tree to look at issues that may be of interest.

Easy sub-sample analysis
The SurveyFish approach to sub-sample analysis is unique. For example, if you are studying an employee satisfaction survey and wish to know how women in a certain age group and with a certain length of service working in three different departments have responded then it will take about five seconds to display the results for that sub-sample.
Amazing.

Study tracking (repeat) surveys
It is common to want to compare results between surveys. This provides invaluable information about what has changed since your earlier surveys were undertaken.SurveyFish allows you to compare the results of any number of repeat surveys. Your only limit is the amount of information that can sensibly be displayed on one graph (or in one table).

You can also modify your questionnaire template for each survey in any way you wish. SurveyFish automatically takes account of your changes - enabling you to easily compare and contrast issues in different surveys. And even if you delete any questions for a later survey you can continue to access all the data you collected in your earlier surveys.

Display missing data
The people who respond to your surveys may not answer every question. For example, this might be due to poor design of some questions or mistakes in data entry. Your surveys will, therefore, have data missing. At a click of a button SurveyFish enables you to display results that show the extent of missing data.

Rapid construction of tables
There will be times when you want to display data in a table rather than a graph. Once again SurveyFish has been designed to make this potentially difficult task easy. You can prepare simple tables or even complex cross-tabulated tables in a few seconds. All you need do is drag questions from the Questionnaire Tree into the X or Y-axis of your table and watch as your table constructs itself.

And that’s not all. You can, for example:
- Display different statistics in the same table.
- Merge data between rows or columns.
- Hide data (and display hidden data in an “Others” row or column).
- Display graphs from tables.
- View graphs and tables at the same time – using Split View
- Export tables directly to MS Excel
- Create and save your own table styles.
Export data to other applications
You can export your survey data to MS Excel. This will allow you to use all MS Excel tools and to benefit form statistical analysis applications that are MS Excel based. You can also export your data to SPSS - a renowned statistical analysis application.
