Our Cancellation/Refund Policy


Silver River Systems Limited is dedicated to providing excellent software and customer service. Please read our cancellation/refund policy carefully. This policy forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Use.

We believe that no customer should have to buy software in order to find out how well it works and that software purchases should be based on thorough evaluation. Users should be able to test the features of a software package for functionality and compatibility.

Please download and enjoy our free fully featured trial software.  Please use this time to determine that our software is right for you and that it works properly on your computer(s). When you're ready, go to our shop and purchase the licence you need.

When the transaction has been completed an activation number will be sent that will enable your trial “limited time” version to be converted into the “unlimited time” version. Keep in mind that once the activation number is issued; the software is yours to keep. The licence cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an activation number is issued.

We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. With a traditional retail purchase, you are able to return a physical product.

Support

During your trial period, our support staff are available via email to assist with installation (in addition to our other online support options).

Online Credit Card Transactions

In the event that you have difficulty with ordering via the secure ePDQ online credit card purchasing process and have, for example, incorrect charges or multiple charges on your credit card for the same product or other extenuating circumstances, Silver River Systems will facilitate a refund from the credit card processing company. All refunds will be given at management discretion.
