Payments and Security
For maximum security, we use the ePDQ transaction processing system provided by Barclaycard Merchant Services.
ePDQ accepts all major credit, debit and charge card types
ePDQ utilises a 128 bit SSL encryption. Even if you only have a 40 bit SSL capable PC, ePDQ will automatically upgrade the connection to ensure higher encryption. ePDQ also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with.
Barclaycard Merchant Services takes responsibility for capturing and storing card details on its secure servers, and always ensures that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Activation
After you have purchased a full SurveyFish licence you will be sent an email with the your activation code. The email will also explain what to do with the activation code.
If you haven’t already installed SurveyFish go to Free Trial. SurveyFish can be purchased at any time during the 30-day trial period.
