Our optional "product updates" service makes sure you always have the most up-to-date tools to carry out your online and printed surveys.
SurveyFish always aims to provide excellent value. For around 30% of the full licence cost get all product enhancements and fixes for a further 12 months.

Payments and Security
For maximum security, we use the ePDQ transaction processing system provided by Barclaycard Merchant Services.
ePDQ accepts all major credit, debit and charge card types
ePDQ utilises a 128 bit SSL encryption. Even if you only have a 40 bit SSL capable PC, ePDQ will automatically upgrade the connection to ensure higher encryption. ePDQ also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with.
Barclaycard Merchant Services takes responsibility for capturing and storing card details on its secure servers, and always ensures that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.
Activation of the Service
- Click Login.
- The log in screen will be displayed. Log in to your account.
- Select My Product and view your licence details.
- Identify the licences for which you want to renew the update service.
- Click Next.
- Check the total cost and Confirm you wish to proceed.
- Follow the buying process.
