Internet Connection

An internet connection is required to:
  • Download SurveyFish
  • Register and activate SurveyFish
  • Download updates to SurveyFish
  • Access the Questionnaire Exchange
  • Run online surveys
  • Access online help files
The connection can be broadband (ADSL) or dial-up.

Online Surveys

The SurveyFish online survey hosting service requires no technical knowledge to use.

Survey files are uploaded to the SurveyFish server using a wizard.

Survey data (submitted by respondents) is sent to the SurveyFish server and downloaded at preset intervals determined by you.

Data communication with the SurveyFish server is securely encrypted using SSL (the Secure Socket Layer protocol).
